1. What We Verify

  • Business existence (name + registration context)
  • License status (type + issuing state/authority)

Verification confirms presence only. It does not assess competence, quality, pricing, insurance, bonding, background, legality of services, or outcomes.

2. Required Listing Style

  • Factual, brief, non-promissory language
  • No guarantees or outcome claims
  • Accurate license context
  • Direct contact only (no lead reselling)

3. Prohibited Content

  • False or misleading licensing claims
  • Defamation, harassment, threats, or doxxing
  • Illegal offers or services
  • Affiliate links, lead brokering, scraping, harvesting, or bulk export attempts
  • Impersonation or misleading brand affiliation

4. Use of TrustedAuxiliary Marks

TRUSTEDAUXILIARY™ and Trusted Companies Advisory Board are claimed marks. You may not present yourself as affiliated with TrustedAuxiliary, or use confusingly similar branding, without written permission.

5. Publication, Removal, and Expiration

  • All listings are reviewed prior to publication.
  • TrustedAuxiliary may decline or remove listings at any time to enforce standards and protect signal integrity.
  • Listings expire automatically at the end of the purchased visibility window.
  • Verified status remains active only while the subscription is current and paid.

6. Disputes

TrustedAuxiliary is not a party to transactions and does not mediate performance disputes. We may remove listings that violate standards. Disputes relating to the site, Board, verification, or publication decisions are governed by the Terms, including the arbitration agreement.
